The PENSMA Congress Organizing Committee sincerely invites you to submit abstracts to be presents at the PENSMA Congress 2023.
• All abstracts must be submitted online through the “Online Submission
System”.
• Abstract(s) sent by mail or fax will not be processed by the Secretariat
and will not be forwarded to the Scientific Committee for review.
• Please read the guidelines before submitting your abstract.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
• Abstract should be submitted as either Research, Case-study or Review.
• Research Abstract should comprise of an Introduction, Objective,
Methodology, Results and Conclusion.
• Abstracts must not be more than 300 words [excluding the title,
author(s) name and affiliation].
• Graphs, tables and illustrations cannot be included in the abstract.
• Abstract is to be submitted in English language only.
• Abstract review or modification will not be available after abstract
submissions.
• Written request by email to the secretariat is accepted. Note that fax
submissions will not be accepted.
• Steps for abstract submission:

3. Re-login to submit abstract
• Abstract submission will be closed on 30th June 2023
ABSTRACT PROCESSING
• Confirmation email will be sent after submitting the abstract online.
• Please contact the secretariat if no confirmation letter is received.
• Notification of abstract acceptance will be made to the submitter and
presenter via e-mail.
• The authors are responsible for making sure that the abstract they send
in is correct. The abstract will be published precisely as it was submitted,
authors should carefully prepare and check for errors.
PRESENTATION AWARDS
• The best oral presentations will be selected by the appointed
judges/Scientific Committee after fair evaluation.
• The Scientific Committee will also select abstracts for oral presentations
with excellent and relevant scientific content.
• Best Oral Presentation prizes are as follows :
1st place : RM 1500.00
2nd place : RM 1000.00
3rd place : RM 800.00

Where to Submit: Preview Room or Secretariat room (during the
conference)
• Content of presentation (minimum):
• Research (Introduction, Objective, Methodology, Results,
Conclusion, References and Acknowledgment).
• Case Report (Introduction, Objectives, Case Procedure
(Assessment, Diagnosis, Intervention), Discussion, Conclusion
References and Acknowledgment).
• Literature Review (Introduction, Literature studies, Discussion,
Conclusion and References).
ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINE
• It is recommended that presentation files are reviewed in the preview
room prior to the oral presentation session to check if compatibility
issues arise when used with different software versions.
• Authors must check in to the speaker’s preview room at least 1 hour
before their presentation to upload their presentation files or make any
last-minute changes.
• Q&A: There will be Q&A after presentation.
